Q What is Marvel Studios: Ten Years Of Heroes exhibition about?
A The exhibition showcases original artifacts — costumes, props and concept art — from the first decade of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Through a series of immersive and multi-sensory experiences, fans can take a closer look on the epic journeys of their favourite Marvel Super Heroes.

Q When does the exhibition take place?
A Marvel Studios: Ten Year of Heroes exhibition will take place from 28 June 2019 – 1 January 2020.
Q What are the opening hours?
A The exhibition will open from 10am – 10pm, daily.
Last entry is at 9pm.
Q Can I dress up for the exhibition?
A All visitors are welcomed to be dressed as their favourite Marvel Super Hero!
Do kindly note that all masks that are part of a costume are required to be removable. All replica weapons (e.g. plastic/toy guns and swords) are NOT permitted within the exhibition.
Q Is merchandise sold in the exhibition?
A High quality Marvel merchandise is available at the retail area.
Q Can I take pictures in the exhibition?
A Yes, photos are encouraged! Be sure to share them on social media with the hashtag #MARVEL10MY.
However, do kindly note that flash photography, selfie sticks and tripods are NOT allowed within the exhibition.

Q Are there restrooms in the exhibition?
A Yes, there are restrooms in the vicinity. You are required to show your tickets to security upon exiting and re-entering of the exhibition.
Q Are there places to sit down within the exhibition?
A There is no designated seating within the exhibition.
Q Am I able to bring my luggage into the exhibition?
A Luggage and large bags are strictly not permitted in the exhibition. Luggage storage option is available within Bukit Bintang.
Q Are food and drinks allowed in the exhibition?
A We do not allow any food and drink in the exhibition.
Q Can I buy tickets on the day?
A Yes, ticketing counters are located on Level 10, Pavilion Elite. However, tickets are subjected to availability.
Q What is the price of the ticket?
A Adult (MYKAD): RM48
Adult (Normal): RM58
Child (MYKAD): RM28
Child (Normal): RM38
Q Are there any discounts for the tickets?
A Yes, Early Bird tickets (at a 10% discount) can be purchased from now till 7 July 2019. Maybank credit/debit cardholders can purchase it at a 15% discount.
Maybank credit/charge/debit cardholders can enjoy:
· 5% off with any ticket purchase
· 10% off with minimum purchase of RM170
Discounts are applicable to all ticket categories.
Q Is there a maximum number of tickets that I am allowed to purchase?
A There is no limit on the number of tickets that you can purchase.
Q Are tickets refundable?
A We regret that tickets sold are non-refundable.
Q What should I do if I have not received the confirmation email for my purchase?

Q Are there any flashing lights in the exhibition?
A There are no flashing lights in the exhibition.
Q Is this exhibition suitable for young children?
A Children of all ages are welcome to join in the exhibition.
Q Is the venue and exhibition suitable for wheelchairs?
A Wheelchairs are allowed within the exhibition.
However, there are 2 photo opportunities that are not wheelchair accessible, namely, Iron Man’s Hall of Armour and the Collector’s Museum’s capsule.
Q Will there be stroller storage?
A There is a designated stroller storage area. Do kindly note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
